The Lucky One (movie, still reading the book) has a very happy ending, although her ex husband dies, her and Logan end up together. The Rescue or the Guardian, or the choice, or A bend in the road all really good ones with happy ending

Whether he’s writing about first romances, long-forgotten lovers, or those who hope for a second chance at a happy ending, his stories speak to us—and make us cry. I've fallen in love with all of his books and films and I wish I'd have a new Nicholas Sparks novel waiting for me every few months. I totally agree with you...I google the ending of all Nicholas Sparks books before I read them or watch the movie.
